The exact location of our house is 700 m from the main road, a 5 minute distance form the main beach in Mlini.

The house is made of the famous croatian white stone from the Island Brac, it also has a garage, gardens and little summer house.

Interior of the house needs to be built with other few finishing works, thats why I think that we can lower the price, the house has 1000m2 total.

Our house is in ideal condition to complete the swimming pool, maybe redecorate out gardens and other interesting investments can be made.
